I have met with possession in seeming “people.” It is a voracious unquestioned belief fueled by a desperate need to be right. Raw in it’s hatred, it occupies the passive aggressive unconscious. When its hunger is laid bare it attacks with total entitlement and the courage of its well layered convictions.
Though it has no grounding in truth, it is this well established self righteous agreement that allows it such strength and force when it speaks. Almost like a floating island it, binds with other seeming minds of similar belief through guilt and shame. So much so that it appears to actually have substance—to be a movement.
When you see this vicious frothing face front through a beloved, you may become alarmed. The entire tenure of their being has been disturbed, and something alien presents. Below “the face of innocence”—this monstrous identity roams. Though well guarded it has no more Reality than the lacquered smile that hides it. Its ferocious nature holds us hostage and obedient to its whims. It deigns to let us live, while threatening to expose us.
And so through the perceived guilt of “others” and the savage shame of secret mistakes we hold against ourselves in our mind—we bind ourselves to it—for protection!
What to do?
When we encounter this mechanism in ourselves or others the first thing to notice is the energy harness. Once exposed it leaves the vehicle spent, or continues unquestioned in perpetual motion with a dynamo like nuclear glow! Other times it goes subterranean as a sickly malaise, or becomes bitterness and well defended discontent.
Judge not.*
It thrives on justification!
Harness this passion of mind, this very strong belief in entitlement and Call on the Miracle!

Verily, verily, I say unto you,
He that believeth on me,
the works that I do shall he do also;
and greater works than these shall he do;
because I go unto my Father.
And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name,
that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

The degree to which this possession seems to be present matters not: whether it is a snide comment, an all out tongue lash, or a cry for pity. It can only be witnessed to in Peace.
If you are not beyond the perceptual problem “it” fronts, you will inherently reinforce it—even by taking what you consider to be an opposite stance.
Gratitude is the way we gain grounding, as this scene is demonstrating an ever present personae masking as the child. We must look beyond the two conflicting facades and join only with our Self in Christ. One.
Sinking deeper into “I need do nothing.”
I have attempted at times to comfort such creatures and found myself enslaved in false empathy by othering them. Additionally I have attempted to shield myself against the harshness I perceive, while waiting out the storm. Both attitudes are still a defense. Only Total Trust transcends the situational thinking.
Witness only to the Truth.
This swirl will attempt to engage you!
It is temptation personified. A heaving energy vortex devouring all attention in a tornado of torment. Only your self concept can be lured to engage. You will be tempted to control the flow of conflict resolution in some way. By at-tempting to be: nice, strong, caring, confronting, controlling, comforting, even clear! Never explain yourself, or you enter into the realm of justification.
Be still.
Only Christ can calm the mind.
This is a Holy Encounter.
Call on the Vision of the Comforter.
The lure is coming not from the screen but the conflicting desires in the mind, entangled with deeply held beliefs. We are very devoted to our world view, and maintaining our part. Feed Acceptance of the Correction, not the lateral connection. Notice where it dismisses you, tugs at your heartstrings, implores your help, and strangles your sense of self. Not reacting is cutting off the oxygen to your false identity. Allow it. Feel the intensity. Take the hit. It will always be a desperate attempt at self preservation that will move you to struggle with it. Slide beneath like butter—loosening it’s grip—it has no power over you.
Relinquish the internal imposter and you are free!

The seeds of sickness and the shame of guilt He cannot bridge,
for He can not destroy the alien will that He created not.
Let its effects be gone and clutch them not with eager hands,
to keep them for yourself.
The miracle will brush them all aside,
and thus make room for Him Who wills to come
and bridge His Son’s returning to Himself.

~ Mercy me. “There for the Grace of God go I.”
Perfectly out pictured—Calling for Love through healed perception.
No hook and eye to catch the child unaware.
Only “I” can take the Correction!
Allow the Vision of the Holy Spirit to peel back the slick of maya hiding the Light. This greasy film does nothing to dim the glory of God. At any moment it can be wiped away. Only the grubby fingers of guilt smear our eyes in shame and blame. Be not content with future happiness for you have cause for release now. Present Peace becomes your perennial preference. With this a priori priority you can never again, be deceived in your Self.
Bare witness to Christ.
Peace be with you, my peace I give to you.
Love,
Sarah

not as the world giveth, give I unto you.

neither let it be afraid.

For with what judgment ye judge,
ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete,
it shall be measured to you again.
And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye,
but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

>>———————<<O>>———————<<
Be not content with future happiness.
It has no meaning, and is not your just reward.
For you have cause for freedom now.
What profits freedom in a prisoner’s form?
Why should deliverance be disguised as death?
Delay is senseless, and the “reasoning”
that would maintain effects of present cause
must be delayed until a future time,
is merely a denial of the fact that consequence
and cause must come as one.
Look not to time, but to the little space between you still,
to be delivered from. And do not let it be disguised as time,
and so preserved because its form is changed
and what it is cannot be recognized.
The Holy Spirit’s purpose now is yours.
Should not His happiness be yours as well?

JOHN ~ CHAPTER 14 (King James Version)
14 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me.
2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know.
5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him.
8 Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us.
9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father?
10 Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
11 Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.
15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19 Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
20 At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.
21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world?
23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
29 And now I have told you before it come to pass, that, when it is come to pass, ye might believe.
30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.
31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.
